Introduction
It doesn’t matter if you are Christian, or Muslim, Bahie, or Buddhist, or even
Atheist you are absolutely 100% correct in this time and place where ever you
are on the spiritual plane because that is what your life is all about right now. You
believe what you believe and there is nothing wrong with that what so ever.
We are all different thus we are all on our own individual paths to our own enlightenment what ever or where ever that path takes us? In the end, we will all succeed because our purpose in life is to believe in what we believe and endure the education or challenges that we take on as we go through life recognizing beliefs of others which we can find to either strengthen us or weaken us. It is up to us. On our own individual path we must allow our own spiritual growth.
What is the idea of “One’s own Spiritual Growth”? It is when for the first time in your life you stop believing everything spoon fed to you regarding a particular belief and begin to look elsewhere, outside of the box, for answers that truly connect with you. For me, it’s after I have read a passage or piece of literature, no matter who the author has been and when my inner god/goddess/gods says, wait a minute that does or doesn’t pertain to me.
As for me, although I lay my foundation of spirituality on the grounds of Wicca, I personally believe in Yinginism. What is Yinginism? It is a foundation of one particular faith, mine and in this case Wicca, sprinkled with ideologies of different religions and teachings that I believe pertain to me which in my opinion is how it should be. You can call yours what ever you like so long as it is yours and yours alone.
Not everything in one religious text or any text for that matter pertains to me. With that said I can find common ground on some of the teachings of those that have lived before me or whom are living now whether they have been religious leaders, political figures, or brilliant actors and still keep my sanity. It’s ok, there is a bigger picture.
Over an eight year period I decided to put my thoughts down and considered writing a book based on what I believe. It was to be called, “The Book of Kenneth”, and would define my personal beliefs of what I recognize in this world to be false and true. By writing my own spiritual book, I was able to expand my mind and find a fire within me regarding my own personal beliefs then act upon them via questioning the establishment, religious and or political regarding the environment, country or world. I was also able to take to the floor, my own spiritual beliefs within myself as time progressed to find out what beliefs still stand within me and what beliefs need to either be modified or simply die off.
While doing this I found my inner god/goddess/gods inspiring me even more. I found inspiration as my muse, my god, my goddess, my self, and began to flood my own mind with ways to think outside of the box.
As I began writing “The Book of Kenneth”, I realized that this was something that was so personal that maybe, I better not share it because I not only felt it was sacred, I was concerned what other’s might think of me. While pondering such thoughts, I also took into consideration that we are each others teachers and should listen to one another as well as ourselves as we discover who we are individually, and be our own navigator in life instead of rallying behind those whose beliefs we know are not the same exact beliefs as our own. In doing so, we can lessen the destruction we have unleashed upon our own environments, physically as well as materialistically not to mention mentally and spiritually.
We must continue to analyze ourselves to grow how ever we in the end will become. Maturity in self is vital to accomplishing our purpose in life what ever that purpose may be for example, someone who claims to be atheist is still someone I can respect and appreciate as well as learn from. Based on my own personal beliefs, I can take stock into some of his or her ideologies should they feel however they feel towards faith and agree with them, to some extent, regarding lost trust in religious figures as well as those that follow such followers. I can recognize there concerns and look at there thoughts as a message of heed when I would have otherwise given my faith to such a religious figure had I not considered the views of the atheist first.
We are all here to help one another and can do so if we just give it a chance. By respecting as well as opening ourselves up to the views of others while allowing ourselves to grow from such an experience on that individual plane, we can put down our guns and banter and change course to a better tomorrow for everyone.
Every single experience is one to learn from and the idea of peace on earth can be accomplished if we let it; how, by first accomplishing peace within ourselves, our own world. Can you fathom the idea that if each world leader could find there own inner peace, how much more peaceful this world would be. There would be no threat of this or that and any form of Homeland Security would not be needed.
To do so, I have learned to see the energy within others and let’s face it we all do it but do we actually see what it is we are looking at. Many examples can be given in a variety of ways that may at times be hard to wrap one’s mind around. Mind you it can be done if we just stop and think about an idea and how it affects us and only us.
In my original manuscript I wrote a pledge to myself that I knew would eventually evolve. None the less, I needed to create a structure to work with. I feel that if we could all do so individually, we could blossom into a society that our forefathers never envisioned.
Foreword
This book/blog has been written so that it can be used as a foundation for you, the reader, to build upon pertaining to your own gospel. Its aim is for you to find new ways of considering who you are as well as the surroundings you are a part of and how they play a role in whom you have been, who you are now, and who you may become not only in this life but next time around.
I believe the ideas of self, responsibility, reincarnation, as well as respect of others all play a role in our lives and it is up to us on that individual level to better understand why we do the things we do. Your book/blog, like my own, is not a book/blog for others to judge you by but for you to judge yourself by. No matter how odd the equations that come to your mind may be, share them with your god, goddess, or gods, to better cleanse your soul so that you may not only make up for past mistakes in this life time as well as past lifetimes but prepare for a better life time tomorrow.
Remember that the best way to your god, goddess, or gods is via the avenue you create with your god, goddess, or gods for your god, goddess or gods and you know each other best. May you find increased understanding through this book/blog as well as strength in your own personal journey. May you one day be so close to yourself and your god, goddess, or gods that you see we are all one, facing in the same positive direction.
Preface
Since the beginning of time, man has told man what to believe in. Wars have been waged by governments whose hunger for supremacy over religion as well as form of diplomacy has retiled the world with death and destruction.
The time for such behavior to stop can stop if we as a people can fathom the reality that our god, goddess, or gods have worked with us on an individual level for possibly life times. Is it possible we haven’t been able to register such lessons because as time has progressed, man has become so hungry for power that he has found new ways to keep our minds occupied on other things instead of the lessons you and I were born to learn. Lessons we very well may have had to repeat because we didn’t listen last time around with each life time making it harder for us to contend with each lesson?
We as a people have lost our way so much that we have only seen divisions instead of one unity. Is it possible that such a unity can be created individually? It can be if we as our own person take time out of our daily lives, no matter how long that time is, and think about what it is we are doing with our life. We need to ask ourselves in the company of our own god, goddess, or gods the questions to why things have happened to us and learn from the equations that come to our mind, no matter how odd they may appear to be because the truth is there; we just need to spend more time deciphering the message/answer.
If we can come to such terms then we can go a step further and realize that we are our own prophets whom were born, are living, will die, and whose soul will be resurrected to live in the kingdom of our creator/creator's heaven.
By looking outside of the box of organized religion as well as organized government, we can find a clarity that respects all prophets, past, present, and future and come to the possible terms that we can be our own individual government and our own living country whose flag is thy own soul and whose people are thyself and do so in such a way that dose not harm ourselves or others thus limiting the power organized religion as well as organized government have on our own lives. By struggling to do this, we can pave the way for a brighter tomorrow whether it be in the remainder of this life time and or in our next.
So long as we do not harm others or ourselves, with our god, goddess, or gods, not only are we all facing in the same direction, but such things as unity as one can be possible.
