Stand Your Ground & Move

Movement: Dictionary.com defines it as, “An act of changing physical location or position or of having this changed.” I mention this because I have heard and seen to often complaints regarding government, culture, and religion that dominate the world around us as though we have no say in the matter. I am guilty of this as well, that being to slip into the realm of negative energy and waste my time and momentum on issues I have more control over than I think I do.

Right now, many in the United States as well as around the world have found themselves in a financial setback and believe that the only way to survive is to look around for a job that either they can’t find but is available, don’t want to do, or simply does not exist.

Currently, there are religious tantrums being thrown around the world regarding faiths and or branches of faiths causing war, starvation, and plummeting the only earth we have into a pile of rubble.

At this moment, government leaders around the world, who are either to close or to distant from the life styles those they govern are creating laws to assist and or separate the country they are attempting to lead.

At this second, cultures are proud and living in harmony within the confines of there towns, villages, neighborhoods, or homes.

I have often thought that we as a society, no matter what country, culture, or religious group we come from, have been raised to believe in the idea of fighting for what we think is right thus going against the grain and make a stand for a change those around us either don’t believe in or have never heard of. With that said, my father, whom truly was a very good man, not perfect, but good in the idea of believing in the one gift we all have but don’t often appear to use as much as we should, that being the gift of common sense, always believed that one should pick there battles while at the same time always keep in mind we can’t win them all.

My point to all of this is a simple one, we need to take time out for ourselves, recognize the issues that dominate our lives then pick from such issues the ones that mean the most to us but it doesn’t end there. Regarding those top three, five, or ten issues you have narrowed yourself down too, take additional time to research such issues within yourself as well as in your county, state, province, village, country and of course the rest of the world. From there, allot yourself time enough to consider the pros and cons of what may be best for you and or your family then decide to either stay put where you are or move.

With regards to ones work situation, if you find yourself unable to find a job where you currently live, take time out investigating other areas you could move too to better your chances regarding your future. It may be easier to do this if you are currently single and without children but for those of you that either are married and or with children, while you are out looking for work, stop off at the local library and research the world around you while you still have enough energy to move forward for the betterment of your life and your family’s life also. As crazy as it might sound, if you have the ability to do work in a field that currently doesn’t exist in your area or even your country, take time out to find a country that does, study it’s language, culture, government, and if important to you, it’s religious freedoms, then move. It’s not as crazy as you may think.

If you find that more than half of what you stand for is in conjunction with what you have searched for regarding location, take a chance and relocate.

If you find after doing the leg work to make a complete decision that you are better off where you are at, then realize that you have come to an absolute conclusion, continue to follow through with your way of life but above all things, stop complaining.

The drama we bring into our lives and into this world we share, I believe is not entirely necessary. Imagine a world where those that have the most in common with each other thrive in such a way that there is no need for war with other nations. Imagine a land that does believe in war then let those countries that believe in such way of life whom haven't realized that war is wrong, take out each other so that the rest of us can live in peace.

Imagine living in a nation where the small amount of currency you have is worth ten or a hundred times more in another country’s currency where you can live comfortably enough, long enough to find work that you either have been trained to do or finding work that you are willing to do.

Imagine moving to a republic that has more in common with your belief in government whether that be a government that believes in socialism, capitalism, communism, or any other ism that there may be?

As we as one race, the human race, become more globalized regarding the internet, the market, religious beliefs, as well as government issues, we have given ourselves the right to look elsewhere regarding the land we live in and the ideologies that we choose to follow. We have earned the awareness that there is more to the world we live in than what exists outside of our windows. We now live in an age where we can decide to truly live a life we want to live instead of one we have to live. Finally, we now exist in a time where we have the capability to know better via education, science, spirituality, and self awareness.

Many of us need to either count our blessings or choose to make our blessings happen while living in a harmony strong enough to be independent individually while at the same time keeping the critics quiet. We often find ourselves being the biggest critics of all.

Whether you decide to stay or go, whether you decide to educate yourself regarding the world around you or simply stay in place while living a life you have come to take time out for and fully understand to the best of your ability, what ever your decision is regarding your being, be sure you stand your ground & move.
