Samantha; A Ghost Story
Jody and Steve knew nothing about the land they had just built there new house upon, mind you it had only been five years since the body of a beautiful 18 year old girl had been found on that very site. The name of the young lady that had been brutally murdered, Samantha Kindred.
Samantha was known to be the outgoing girl, athletic as well as beautiful. Her long red hair and firm youthful body was one all the girls that knew her, wanted while all the guys couldn’t help but notice. Samantha was there eye candy, in there minds eye when they found themselves holding the one they claimed they loved.
Samantha was a free spirit, one who knew she looked good yet carried herself in a most modest fashion. Samantha loved to be the center of attention but played it off in such a way that it didn’t move her to the point of hogging the spotlight of others. Her firm young breasts and beautiful bottom, accentuated by her lovely bare tummy that she often found herself revealing because she had a thing for belly buttons herself, did not make up this girl completely for she had a brilliant mind, a straight A student, thus making her the perfect one to be with.
On that cold dark night, five years prior, Samantha found herself walking home from a party alone. The crisp knight air grazed softly against her navel as the breeze assisted her with her brisk walk through the woods, lifting her hair with every step. She had misplaced her jacket at the party, “Or was it stolen” she thought. What ever the case, the only thing on her mind was to get home quick so that she could snuggle into her white cotton pajamas and thick, soft comforter.
As she daydreamed about what she planned to do the following day with her friends, walking ever so fast under a bright full moon, she didn’t see the dark figure lurking behind her. Before she knew it, she found herself being thrown to the hard cool earth. Finding a sharp stick, Samantha plunged the object into the direction of the face of her assailant but could do so only once as autumn leaves danced over her body. The figure that had been following the beautiful young redhead plunged a thick sharp knife into Samantha’s chest. Over and over again the physical shadow shoved the blade into Samantha even after she had stopped breathing, and then left her there to be found two days later.
Samantha never got a good look at the person who took her life, even as she stood outside of her body watching the mutilation.
For five years, Samantha’s soul stood still in the forest, always looking for the person who had taken her last breath only to find herself in shock and aw one day when she saw construction workers building a home on the very spot her body once laid upon.
As the house was being built around her, Samantha found herself becoming a part of what she called the shell until its completion. One night prior to Jody and Steve’s arrival, Samantha came to her own conclusion that she would reside in the shell for all eternity.
Jody, an attractive forty-one year old pharmacist and her husband Steve had met two summers prior to the purchase of there home and were only weeks away from getting married. It would interestingly enough, be there first. Both had decided to focus on education as well as investments before ever considering the idea of marriage. Steve was only two years older and had a very well paying job as a consultant for an engineering firm near by.
On there first night in there new home, Jody and Steve had a lovely candle lit dinner for two, then lovingly showered one another before finally making love and going to bed. Samantha witnessed it all and she found herself at first upset that she had not had the luxury of living such a life but as the days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months, Samantha began to realize that being a ghost did have its advantages.
This concept came to her one night when she found herself standing over Steve while he lay in bed sound asleep. Steve and Jody had made love a few hours before both slipped into there individual dream worlds and Samantha found herself as always, enjoying the view from the hallway. As Samantha looked upon Steve, his half naked body only somewhat covered by the sheet that lay upon him, Samantha thought to herself how wonderful it would be if she could find a way to lift the sheet from Steve’s stomach so that she herself could have a closer look at his lovely manhood. Without thinking, her white ghostly hand found its way to Steve’s firm belly, removing the sheet with an amount of passionate energy that had only grown during the many moments she stood unnoticed, watching the beautiful couple making love.
Samantha’s eyes widened as she glanced over Steve’s body from head to toe and everywhere in between. That simple move brought Samantha to feel very depleted of energy and although there were many things she wanted to do knowing that if she focused hard enough, she could, she was unable too. Samantha could only walk away towards the corner of the bedroom where she usually found herself sitting under the light of the moon.
The following day, by accident, Samantha found herself in the way of Jody as Jody brought to the bedroom clean laundry that she had gotten from downstairs and just like that, Samantha found herself absorbed by the flesh and blood that was Jody. “How could this be” Samantha thought to herself as she found herself walking to the mirror to stare at the beautiful figure that was not her own.
Jody/Samantha laid the laundry on the floor, and then standing upright, felt the soft fabric that made up the pink turtleneck sweater that covered Jody’s upper body. Jody/Samantha noticed that the sweater actually didn’t cover the upper body completely for it stopped about a half inch over the blue jeans Jody/Samantha was wearing, leaving a slight gap in between both jeans and sweater to expose the lovely navel that shown so elegantly.
Jody/Samantha caressed this small vision of joy long enough for Samantha to appreciate again the beauty of the female body. Then, in a flash, Samantha felt herself pushed out of Jody’s body. Jody, now staring at herself in the mirror only found her reflection more attractive and becoming more aroused caused her to continue applying gentle touches to her navel as well as overall belly and breasts.
As time progressed, Samantha found herself focusing too much on how she was able to do the things that she did during those two wonderful moments, to the point of losing focus and not being able to do them again except when by accident.
One day the daughter of a friend of Jody’s, Tabitha came to visit. Samantha, standing on the staircase that lead down to the foyer, recognized the young lady instantly; she had gone to school with Samantha. Samantha’s energy level heightened so much that she leaped from the staircase and after running up to Tabitha, kissed her on the lips which Tabitha felt. Unsure of how the kiss came about, Tabitha shrugged off what had just taken place and walked with Jody into the living room. As Samantha listened to the conversation she was unable to take part in, Samantha noticed a unique scar on the opposite side of Tabitha’s face as though it had been punctured at one point. Like a flash of lightning, it dawned on Samantha who had killed her five years earlier.
Samantha lunged for Tabitha, only to find herself pass right through the guest sitting casually and in comfort, deep into conversation. Samantha lunged again towards Tabitha only to find the same result. It felt like forever for Samantha as the words that she yelled, fell upon deaf ears. Anger and hatred swelled within Samantha as she sat back in disgust, listening to Tabitha ramble on about the wonderful life she was experiencing.
Finally, as if waiting for snow to melt on a cold December day, the visit was over. Samantha watched in absolute frustration as Tabitha walked to Jody’s door to say goodbye.
“Good bye and get the hell out of my house,” Samantha thought as Jody and Tabitha said there farewells. “Was this how it would end,” thought Samantha. “Do I just let her go like that and never do anything about what she took from me”? “Hell No!” Samantha said to herself as she stood up and walked towards the front door. Without thinking about where she was going or what she was doing, Samantha found herself walking along side of Tabitha as Tabitha made her way down the long paved walkway towards the main road. As she did, Samantha found the energy within her increase which Samantha was very much aware of.
It seemed as though the more she walked away from the place that once collected her bloody and ravaged body, the stronger and stronger she became. It was as though the more Samantha left that part of her past behind, the more she could move onward and she felt such a purpose begin to fill her soul. Still upset with the fact that Tabitha had gotten away with a crime of jealousy she apparently would not be jailed for, Samantha found herself staring more and more into a white brilliant light as she attempted to follow Tabitha home. The closer the two got, the brighter the light, so much so that Samantha could only now make out a few of the objects around both she and Tabitha one of which was a sharp stick, just like the one Samantha had used on that dark lonely night, just lying there on the pavement next to the road. “Was it the same one” Samantha thought to herself but before she could consider such an idea any more, it happened. Tabitha, not looking at where she was going, stepped on the stick thus causing her to fall sideways into the street and into the line of an oncoming eighteen wheeler.
A moment later, both girls found themselves standing face to face but it was only for a moment for as the shock and aw shown upon the face of Tabitha, Samantha was engulfed by the light, never to see Tabitha again.
Happy Halloween My Beautiful & Brilliant Sisters & Brothers!
Blessed Be-
