August is drawing near & the vibe of a spiritual revolution is in the air. Be a part of it.
Missing Yourself
I must say it feels like forever since I last presented you a piece of what spirituality means to me; so much so that I began missing myself in a way not felt ever before. You see, you complete me in many ways. It is always a pleasure to share my world with you while you allow me such a gift as to look into your world via your Facebook page.
I look even more forward to reading your gospel and what your spirituality means to you. Come August 2011, I do hope you will present me with such literature as we build a universal living bible together; TBR, “The Bible Reincarnate”.
As for me, I have made time for myself tomorrow. As I have always suggested, you must make time out for yourself or you will be no good to anyone. What will I do? After working a half day, I plan to come home and take a decent nap so that I can enjoy my Friday night. I am not on call this weekend thus I look forward to relishing the idea of sleeping in both Saturday and Sunday morning.
As my eyes become heavy this evening, I think about a song I was listening to on the way home called “Night Songs” by the band Cinderella. While listening to it, in the still of the crisp night air, the sky clear, and an almost complete moon shinning down upon me through the trees on a winding road heading home, I could not help but feel the naughty energy of the music pulsating through my vanes, keeping me awake in the name of lust. With that said, I look forward to making love this weekend, getting my freak on as well as my spiritual freak in the name of passion and love.
I will also make time to make a nice strong drink of Jack Daniels Whisky and cola. Then again, I may skip the cola.
As I share this with you, I think to myself about the upside of missing yourself. The anticipation regarding such possible joys is worth the madness leading up to the moment of climax of one’s week. The foreshadowing of such possible pleasures is like that of a whisper from the lips of a lover coming from the very near future as if to say, “I’m coming”.
So remember, take time out for yourself and enjoy a moment with you. I promise to do the same with me, myself, and I. May your weekend be filled with joy and blessings.
Blessed Be-
